We provide centralized coordination services as a single point of contact for Franchisors and Franchisees. We can customize inspections (scope of inspection, report formats, etc.) to meet our Franchisees’ needs and establish nationwide pricing for all Franchisees within your franchise system.
Technical support:
Each inspector is certified, trained and highly experienced in commercial inspections and construction. This assures the most accurate and timely inspections for each Franchisee.
Field inspector qualifications:
Our inspectors are available in all rural, medium, metro and major metropolitan markets within the United States and are certified in both classroom and on-the-job field training. They are full-time professional inspectors who are qualified to inspect all types of commercial facilities. Inspection reports with photos can be transmitted to Franchisees via e-mail in addition to two hard copies.
Reputation for integrity:
Over the years, our inspectors have worked with many national Franchisors and their Franchisees. Inspectors are licensed in the city of Providence where they are required to reside. Each inspector is required to have a prescribed minimum level of insurance coverage for professional errors and omissions, as well as general liability.
